Title: “Idolon: The Soul Severed – A Symphony of Chaos”
From an otherworldly battlefield steeped in the horrors of war, a grotesque chorus arose. The Kakapon, their mouths grotesque and swollen, let out a scream that tore the very air, causing towers to crumble and debris to fly. The world around them danced to a terrifying symphony of amplified echoes, resonating in a spectrum of sound that seemed impossible. Among the chaos, a heroic figure, Aoran, was torn apart, his armor shattered, leaving nothing but bloody shreds of his once mighty form.
The devastation was apocalyptic. The Kakapon’s horrific cries atomized and scattered the surrounding legionaries like debris in a hurricane. Their screeches ripped treads from Land Raider hulls, searing their machine spirits. Surviving towers exploded into a conflagration, fueling the growing inferno. Yet, the Kakapon continued their hellish serenade, their thirst for destruction turning into a manic frenzy.
In the midst of this destruction strode the Lord Commander, Idolon, his own screams tearing flesh from bone. His horrific metabolism purged the toxins that threatened to consume him, causing his muscles to swell, pulsating as though filled with venom. He moved forward, his legionaries following suit, only stopping once everything around was annihilated.
Walking beside Idolon was Vodon, oblivious to the carnage, crushing the remains of fallen comrades underfoot. Idolon, his once purple armor now a chemical pink, shimmering in the devilish night, grabbed Vodon. All symbols of the old Emperor’s Children were gone, replaced by nightmarish, smeared likenesses. His voice, burning from the strain, hissed into Vodon’s ear, “This is what we do now, brother. This is who we are now.”
Idolon, the Soul Severed, understood what needed to be done next with a clarity granted by narcotic intoxication. The warriors would move further, never stopping, driven by an insatiable desire for sensations and excesses. To satisfy such a thirst, a world populated by billions would be needed. A world where so many people lived that even the legion would take centuries to catch them all.
In that moment, Idolon knew their destination – Terra. They would repeat their symphony of destruction there, with the blessing of the War Master himself.
Idolon, one of those enigmatic figures surrounded by various rumors and legends. The Inquisition still cannot find irrefutable evidence of his existence after the Horus Heresy, but numerous accounts and observations suggest that he may have remained alive and active in the Galaxy. Rumor has it that Idolon leads the largest and most disciplined group of Emperor’s Children, predominantly consisting of Noise Marines.
Inspired by the pursuit of perfection much like his Primarch, Idolon devoted all his free time to studying Fulgrim’s tactics and strategies, aiming to become closer to the ideal of his genetic father. As a result, he became one of the most effective commanders and achieved significant success in leading the Emperor’s Children. The Soul Severed continues his symphony of chaos, a maestro conducting an orchestra of devastation.
